Welcome
When was the last time you felt comfortable in your body? Are you overthinking every meal? Do you spend most days wondering what if and if only? Do you tell yourself, I’ll quit drinking tomorrow? Maybe you turn to food and substances as a means of control despite the consequences to your health, relationships, and well-being.
I’m a Licensed Therapist, Certified Eating Disorder Specialist, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, and Licensed Addiction Counselor. I am providing in-person and telehealth services in Hawaii and Colorado. I help individuals struggling with disordered eating, body image, substance use, relationships, and more. Through a compassion-filled and values-focused lens, we will work together to find your balance and inner peace.
Your journey to lifelong recovery starts here.
